Abstract Property development, especially landed houses, is taking place around the Surabaya Outer West Ring Road (JLLB) infrastructure plan. These days, there are dozens of new residential areas in border area Western and Southern Gresik, East Java Province, Indonesia, utilizing JLLB’s plans physical progress. marketing activities JLLB cannot be separated from entrepreneurial orientation property developers Greater Surabaya. Taking momentum business opportunities, measurable risks, long time-held land resources JLLB, offering future value investment for consumers practices that have successfully carried out on Gresik.
